    Choose your criteria

    Choose role, industry, region and availability. You immediately see anonymised, condensed Interim Manager profiles that are already in the pool.

    You don't need to know exactly who you're looking for — profiles will show who fits your criteria.

    Describe your situation

    You add context: the challenge, scope and budget. This lets us narrow the shortlist.

    This step is optional up front — browse profiles first, complete the brief later.

  3. 03

    Shortlist and matching

    We match experts to your situation. You receive 2–3 profiles with track record in your exact problem.

    We confirm each candidate's current availability before sending the profile.

  4. 04

    Meeting and decision

    1–3 days

    You pick the profile that interests you and meet the expert through the platform. Both sides decide whether to move forward.

    If no profile fits — we come back with a new selection at no extra cost.

  5. 05

    Start and support

    from week 1

    We coordinate the onboarding. The manager joins the organization with full context and is ready to deliver from day one of the mission.

    We monitor the engagement through the end of the contract.
