We confirm each candidate's current availability before sending the profile.

C-Level profiles for you
48–72h03You receive anonymous C-level profiles. No names, no contact details — only competencies, experience, selected missions, and fit to your project.
Full discretion at this stage protects both sides and removes pressure early on.

Free meeting and decision
1–3 days04You pick the profile that interests you, and we organize a free online meeting with the expert. You meet, discuss the project scope, and agree on terms. Both sides decide whether to move forward.
If no profile fits — we come back with a new selection at no extra cost.

Onboarding and start
from week 105Your Cedepe consultant coordinates the onboarding. The manager joins the organization with full context and is ready to deliver from day one of the mission.
We stay with you throughout the mission and gather regular progress reviews.
