How Cedepe Select verifies experts
Every interim manager in our database has been through a four-stage process:
Stage 1: Qualifying interview (60 min)
A Cedepe consultant assesses competence fit to project types. Case-based, not CV-based questions.
Stage 2: Reference verification
Minimum 2 verified clients or managers from previous missions. Contact directly through the consultant.
Stage 3: Industry competence verification
Depending on the role: case study, technical interview (CISO), portfolio review (CMO).
Stage 4: Code of conduct
NDA + confidentiality rules + ethics code. Breach = removal from the database.
What we reject
- Lack of concrete "end-to-end" projects
- Unverified references
- Conflicts of interest (e.g. active advisors to competitors)
